Before you write to us.
Do I need samples before contacting you?
No. LDgenX works on a complete study, a single analysis step or a specific development. The first conversation can take place before the field campaign, so the sampling strategy is built together.
Can you analyse sequencing data that already exist?
Yes. Bioinformatics support covers the processing, analysis and interpretation of existing data: metabarcoding, metagenomics, WGS, RAD-seq, RNA-seq or epigenetics. Share your objective and the available data.
Do you supply sampling equipment?
Sampling equipment is one of the services LDgenX offers. References, availability and terms are agreed with the team according to your environment and analyses.
How is the quote prepared?
The scope of the service, the reporting, the schedule and the quote are defined from your needs when the project is scoped. The more precise your request, the more precise the proposal.
