This site uses no audience analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and browsing the public website requires no account. Fonts and images are served from the site. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as the IP address.

Contact form

The information entered in the form is passed on to the LDgenX team through Supabase in the Europe West (Ireland) region, for the sole purpose of answering your request. It is not stored in browser storage.

The message contains the information you entered so the LDgenX team can understand your request. A clipboard copy is only created if you use the “Copy my message” action.

Client area

The optional client area uses Supabase in the Europe West (Ireland) region for authentication, profiles, conversations, appointments and files. A sign-in session is stored in your browser. Each client can access their own data; the LDgenX team can access it to provide the service. Files show their automatic deletion date in the client area, except documents kept by the team.

External links

Partner websites open separate services. Their operation and their processing of data are governed by their own policies.

Your data and your rights

LDgenX SAS is the controller of the messages you send it. They are used only to answer your request and for any relationship that follows, and are kept for at most three years after the last exchange. To access, correct or erase your data, write to info@ldgenx.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
